We have partnered with Italian Hospitality Services and created a unique cooking course catered to children between the ages of 3 to 6 years old.  At Junior Chef your child will learn the basics of cooking and have a great time doing so.

We'll provide all the ingredients and guidance to your children, helping them to create delicious dishes and to have fun making food along the way.

During the Junior Chef Cooking Classes
your children will:

Develop cooking skills
Children will develop basic cooking skills such as stirring, measuring, and following recipes
Employ creativity
Through experimenting with flavours and ingredients, children will unleash their creativity
Develop fine motor skills
Children will practice fine motor skills by peeling, chopping, stirring, and rolling
Build their confidence
By learning new skills and gaining cooking knowledge, children will feel empowered and confident

About
At the helm of fine-dining restaurant is acclaimed Chef Saverio Sbaragli.

Born and raised in Tuscany, Saverio cultivated a deep understanding and appreciation for Italian cuisine. To develop his culinary skills, Saverio moved to France where he trained under Michelin Starred Chefs, Alain Ducasse and Alain Passard, which helped him enhance his skills and knowledge in French cooking.

In 2012, he moved to Switzerland and worked at Il Lago, Four Seasons de Bergues Geneva, where he was awarded his first Michelin Star. In 2018, he took up the role as Head Chef at Tosca, located in the heart of Geneva, and received his second Michelin Star.

Andrea Theoni Karidis is a Greek Canadian Chef working in Dubai for over 10 years. She has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, working in high-profile restaurants and VIP homes around the world.

As a private Chef, Andrea is a skilled cooking mentor, creates bespoke meal plans and provides F&B consultancy services around Dubai.

During the Dubai Food Festival, she conducts cooking Masterclasses and demos for European Foods and is the allocated Master of Ceremony for Gulfhost and Gulfood.

Renowned for her innovative approach in pastry, Chef Carmen Rueda Hernandez is a two-time World Chocolate Masters finalist.

Her culinary journey began at Madrid's Culinary Art and Tourism Institute, leading her to Barcelona and France to refine her chocolate and pastry skills. At El Bulli in Spain, Carmen explored groundbreaking techniques, further developing her craft at Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck in the UK.

Globally, she expanded her expertise from Asia to Cape Town, infusing creativity into desserts. In Dubai since 2019, Carmen has continued her innovative work, now delighting patrons at BRIX dessert bar in Jumeirah Fishing Harbour.
